The location is fantastic, only 2 minutes away from the Cathedral and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and well-equipped with plenty of lighting options, a useful desk and chair, and a sizable closet.

The bed was very comfortable and in the room, despite being at one of the main streets of Granada, it was quiet and without noise, the location is excellent as it has everything next to it to visit. And in the room it is very practical and gives you what you need. The men at the reception were both very good people and we also had a parking space and they left us a little more time with the car, which is a detail.

In principle we do not have any problems in our stay, but if I have to put any problem is that the exit of the shower is somewhat narrow to be the water, as well as missing a shelf to put the shower utensils and finally in the parking area, which is nothing bad but to go to the vehicle we had to bother the owners, although the car did not move at any time, but if you forget something.

Location is good, at close reach to the historical centre and the northern 'barrio' of Alabacyn which is a must-visit. However, the barrio itself is a bit hippy and dirty.

It needs renovation: painting and new beds above all.

Well-situated hotel just 8 minutes from the main square. The bathroom door did not stay shut, inconvenient.

Functional hotel, staff were very very helpful and the location was incredible to get off the city bus. The room was modern, tidy and had central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. The bed was good; and there was a walk-in shower.

Good hotel at a good location with free internet access. You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes. Staff is warmheart and professional. Room is clean.

Private parking fee is not cheap, but necessary.

The hotel is well-located, close to restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately, the internet signal was awful, frustrating, especially for someone who relies on Wi-Fi. My room lacked a refrigerator and hot water kettle. The noise level from the street sometimes kept me awake, and the sound isolation in the room was poor. I could hear a baby crying in a room two doors away.

The bathroom was very bad smell so that we had a hard time to sleep. Asked to fix the problem but they just spayed that made again us hard to sleep.

The bathroom light is hooked up to the fan, how quaint! Don't bother calling reception unless you speak fluent Spanish. It would have been so lovely to receive a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience I faced. I almost thought about giving a better review, but it just didn't feel deserved.

The location was perfect

No wifi in the room, the wifi connection is available only in the reception, tht disturb your plan , I have make the choise of this hotel with the wifi in the room. The weak isolation of the wall of the room , you can heard the noise og the neighbour rooms

Location, quit room, goed bed, clean

The room was spacious with a cozy closet and a great desk to work at. I loved relaxing on the little balcony with a view, and there was a nice touch with free toiletries. The bathroom light was a bit quirky, as it shared the switch with the fan, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The queen room is fantastic and has central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk.

It was very clean, with aircondition and flat tv.

It would be more nice and much better with breakfast!!
